NVS offers GloTape IR flags for all NATO/Coalition Partners. The 2.125 x 3.5 inches flags are backed with Velcro hook and are designed to mate with supplied Velcro pile sewn to military field and flight uniforms. Flags are generally attached to the shoulder of the field or flight uniform. GloTape Flags are designed to provide covert combat identification of friendly forces when viewed through night vision goggles. Flags can be seen when viewed through night vision devices and when illuminated with infrared light. The uniquely designed red, white and blue American flags reflect IR lights as well as visible light. All other flags only reflect flight form an infrared source such as the IR diode in standard NVGs.
